I have been a stay at home mom for many years, my child is in school full time now so I am looking for a job to fill the empty hours in the day. I love children which is why being a nanny for the right family could be a great fit for the family and myself. I would prefer to work for a family that would give me the freedom (with communication and permission of course) to take children out of the house to visit parks, stores, museums, etc, on occasion. I am very calm natured and I never raise my voice to children, I also do not believe in spanking or ever raising a hand to a child. I do believe that children need discipline but in way that they can understand and not fear. I would also be willing to do some light housework and cooking. I love animals so working around pets is not an issue. I am willing to work Monday through Friday and occasionally weekends.
