Hello! My name is Mandie, I currently work with kids and teens who have been diagnosed with autism as an in-home Behavioral Technician. I help with their communication skills, redirection in behavior to limit problem behavior. I also work with potty training, and different basic human functions such as brushing teeth, getting dressed and undressed, using silverware and so on. I have also grown up babysitting different families in my neighborhood as my first job, as well as helping my best friends mom with her daycare taking care of 4 little ones for almost a year.
