Hello my name is Alilia. i’m 27 years old. I’ve been working with kids for over 7/8 years. I started as an HHA for children with special-needs/autism. Many of my children were not special-needs or autistic. I later became a nanny for three years for one family I had two children, they were between the ages of two and four. And later became an RBT for nonverbal and verbal children. I have a lot of experience in working directly with children and their families. I've been doing it for the past 7/8 years. As an HHA for autistic children, I had to work hands-on with them on a daily, Doing daily living activities. As well as outside activities going to appointments.
I feel I'll be a great addition to your team. Besides my great experience with children of all ages. I'm a great person to work with. I'm friendly and very easygoing. I have a passion for children as well as helping others. I can complete task when assigned to me. I can work in groups and individually if need. I can do multiple tests at once if needed. I'm a great team player. I also believe I can gain so much from working with you guys if given the opportunity!
