I'm passionate about childcare, and I have more than 40 years of experience caring for children.

With my professional experience and certifications in First Aid, CPR, and Early Childhood Education, I'm highly accomplished in teaching both educational and intentional play activities designed to develop children's' psychological, emotional, behavioral, and social skills.

I would like the opportunity to share my experience in Montessori methods, I have 7 years of training. I am not a Montessori teacher. I was taught to teach chilren encouragement, create of freedom, someone to believe in them, stability that feeling of secure attachment, following a Curriculum. I have a life around children ever since I was 9 years old. I am so proud of being the best teacher and supporting my children in today's world, it's the greatest gift I can give. Highly experienced preschool teacher with a great passion, a warm nurturing experienced providing exceptional quality care for each and ever child.

At Rossana Salcedo Family Daycare Child Care, our home daycare is designed for play, creativity, and learning! Our daycare has a gated entrance. Within the space, we have a nap room, an art area, and a reading area to create a comfortable environment for all of our activities.

We are located in a quiet Bakersfield neighborhood just around the corner from a park, an elementary school, and a middle school. Our family-oriented neighborhood has convenient street parking and accessible freeways.
