Hi! We’re Nessa's Childcare a group family daycare providing child care to families all over NYC. Our goal is to ensure children reach their developmental milestones in a safe, warm, and compassionate environment. We offer an environment that advances curiosity and inquisitiveness through Montessori Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf inspired activities. We are a well rounded daycare with an enthusiastic staff. We are pleased to offer full-time and after-school care. At our daycare, we provide a culturally diverse learning environment by offering a curriculum both in English and in Spanish. We also offer enrichment programs such as arts & crafts, music, ASL, yoga, fitness, science, etc. to development the whole child. As an accomplished childcare provider with over 20 years of experience, I'm devoted to providing children with the tools they need to thrive and succeed. I'm also a mother and grandmother. As a young mom I quickly learned different techniques to help my daughter thrive. Working with children is a passion not just a job.

With my professional experience and certifications in First Aid and CPR, I focus on developmentally appropriate activities for children to encourage their excitement for learning.

Nessa's Childcare is a group family daycare that encourages curiosity, creativity, and learning, in a secure and safe space for your little one. We have a comfortable nap area, an art section, a reading space, and a sensory (science) area to promote a warm and excting atmosphere where students can learn and play.

Located in the city of New York (Washington Heights/Hudson Heights), our daycare is in a quiet and safe family-oriented community. We are lucky to be surrounded by playgrounds, elementary & middle schools, a variety of parks, Heather's Garden, about 2 libraries, and much more. There is street parking and lots of convenience stores all around the neighborhood.
