Teachers

I have been caring for children and scaffolding their development for over 24 years in a variety of settings. I am Brain Story Certified and a trauma informed early years practitioner, fluent and bi-literate in English, Spanish and have a growing vocabulary in American Sign Language which I use throughout the day with the children.

In 2022 Veronica was awarded the Mary Elizabeth Griffin Children's award, endowed by the County Board of Supervisors, to be awarded to an individual who has made a significant impact in their work with children. In 2022 Veronica also received special accolades from California State Senator Josh Becker.
