Here at Learning Ladder, our motto is learning, laughter and lots of fun! We provide a loving, caring, educational environment for your little ones. Hello prospective Learning Ladder daycare families, my name is Nicola, I have over ten years’ experience in childcare and I have four beautiful children of my own. I enjoy caring for children and watching them blossom into beautiful young people. I’ve always known I wanted to work with children but pursued another career until I decided to open my own home daycare. I have not regretted that decision; it is truly an honor and a very fulfilling experience working with them. I feel very fortunate that they are entrusted in my care and I show them love and patience in return. Also, I have made great friendships over the years which I enjoy.
Currently, I am certified in First Aid/CPR, BLS, early childhood education, and I am member of the Medical Reserve Corp.
