Kids In His Care is a learning center designed to equip young children with the tools they need to enter into the public school system once they become eligible. We do this by incorporating the use of the Abeka Curriculum and thematic activities. Through both of these your child will get a good mix of standard instruction along with the use & expansion of their own creative abilities.
While in the care of KIHC the young child will be introduced to concepts such as:

Location

Kay Allen is a home daycare that offers childcare for families in Glen Burnie and the surrounding areas. Teachers help their students achieve important milestones by engaging in play-based, educational activities. The facility provides a safe, nurturing space where kids learn important social skills.

Teachers

Mrs. Kay Allen is a fun-loving, creative individual that has been in the childcare field for 17 years. She has worked with multiple age groups; from infant to school age, and with children having special needs.
She has received her 90 hour Maryland State Department of Education training in all age groups and is currently finishing up her Bachelors in Clinical Pastoral Counseling.
She has received many certifications within the childcare field. Some of which include CPR, First Aid training, ADA, Medical Administration training, Emergency Preparedness training, SIDS training, developmental screening and supporting those mothers who choose to breast feed.
She has also assisted in NAEYC accreditation, preparation for the Maryland Excels program and has participated in the Maryland Credentialing program. It is Ms. Kay’s desire to take all of the knowledge that she has gained and implement that into Kids In His Care Early Learning Center.
