Jodi's Small World Child Care helps children learn and develop by offering each child a mix of both planned and free play based experiences geared to meet the needs of all the children. The experiences focus on Social & Emotional, Language & Literacy, Creativity & the Arts, Cognitive Development and Physical & Motor Development. Thus creating an atmosphere for Positive Approaches to Learning. We include many different indoor and outside based activities to foster physical development. We offer the freedom of varied choices, and opportunities for the children to observe and explore the world around them. We use the Creative Curriculum to plan for and support children's early learning in our program.We have 2 adults supporting each other as we blend our multi-age group of children. Enabling us to better meet the individual needs of each child and support them where they are currently at in their personal development. Our program is fortunate to have a building we do not live in. This provides us with a spacious setting for the young children to grow, learn, and explore through safe experiences.
