Hi, I’m Jennifer Hernandez, owner and provider of Hernandez Family Child Care.
As a family-operated child care program, we take pride in offering a warm, supportive, and home-like environment where children feel safe, valued, and truly cared for.
With over 20 years of experience in education, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and expertise into my program. I hold a Master’s Degree in Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, and an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also hold a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential and a Site Supervisor Child Development Credential.
My background allows me to thoughtfully support each child’s development through a balance of play-based learning, structure, and individualized care. I have extensive experience guiding children through important early milestones, building social-emotional skills, and creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare them for future success.
As a mother, I understand the importance of trust and communication. I strive to build strong relationships with families and create a program where parents feel confident and connected every day.
