My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children can grow and develop physically, mentally, emotionally and socially. Where children learn through their play and age-appropriate activities, education, expectations and materials shall be provided. My program is a bilingual and multicultural facility and also serves different cultures. We celebrate different kinds of religion or belief. I use books that have different languages. Families are essential because they supply support and care. My ambition in promoting relationship with families is extremely important to establish positive and productive relationships when working with families. I develop bonds with the children I work with them and their families. We use the 1,2,3 Curriculum to plan for and support the early learning and development of children in our program.My program serves multicultural children & families that speak several different language. We engage parents by holding once a month conferences.
