Nuestro Mundo is committed to providing a high-quality, multi-age, dual-language learning environment within a warm family setting. At Nuestro Mundo Bilingual Day Care, we support each child’s growth through a holistic approach that honors their whole being—mind, body, and emotions—while offering a nurturing, healthy, and safe place to learn.
We value and respect the unique developmental needs, characteristics, and cultural diversity of every child. Our teaching plans and strategies are guided by The Creative Curriculum for Family Child Care, a research-based framework that supports exploration, independence, and joyful learning.

About Me – Luciana
My name is Luciana, and I am a native Spanish speaker born in Mar del Plata, Argentina. I moved to Minneapolis at age 15, and this community has been my home ever since. I am married and the proud mother of two teenage daughters.
After many years in Retail Management, I chose to transition into family childcare to be more present for my daughters and to support their bilingual education. I completed a bilingual Child Development Associate (CDA) in 2008 and became a fully licensed family childcare provider.
My assistants and I maintain CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as mandatory training in Reducing the Risk of Abusive Head Trauma and Reducing the Risk of Sudden Unexpected Infant Death Syndrome. Together, we complete more than 50 hours of additional training each year—a reflection of our commitment to high-quality care and ongoing professional development.
Nuestro Mundo Bilingual Daycare has earned a 4-star Parent Aware rating, holds a C3 license through the State of Minnesota, and carries full childcare liability insurance. I take great pride in offering a safe, nurturing, multicultural space where children can thrive, grow, and discover the joy of bilingual learning.

At Nuestro Mundo Bilingual Daycare, our home-based program is intentionally designed to inspire play, creativity, and learning. Families have easy access through our driveway for parking and a secured front door for safe entry. Inside, children enjoy a warm and inviting environment that includes a cozy nap room, a colorful art area, and a quiet reading space. Outdoors, we offer a fenced backyard and a small garden where children can explore nature and engage in hands-on learning.
We are located in a peaceful Minneapolis neighborhood, just half a block from a park and the public library, and near local schools. Our family-friendly community offers convenient street parking and quick access to major freeways, making drop-off and pick-up easy for families.
