Hello families! My name is Yadira Gomez, I have over 20 years of childcare experience caring for children from infancy through early teens. My journey in childcare began while raising my own three children, where I discovered my passion for creating a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for kids to grow and thrive. What started as caring for children in my home alongside my own family naturally grew into a lifelong career. I provide care alongside my mother who has been my helper here in childcare for over 10 years in our South San Jose home.

I strive to be the most patient, attentive, and highly responsive to each child’s individual needs. I believe every child deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood, and I focus on building strong emotional connections while maintaining structure and positive routines throughout the day.

I have extensive experience caring for children ages 0–13, including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children. I enjoy helping children learn through play, encouraging creativity, supporting healthy habits, and providing consistent care parents can trust.

As a Spanish-speaking caregiver, I am happy to introduce or reinforce Spanish language skills in a natural and fun way if families are interested.

My goal is always to create a warm, family-style environment where children feel comfortable, happy, and excited to learn and play each day. I value open communication with parents and work closely with families to support their routines and parenting goals.
