Hi Everyone!

My name is Dayna and I’m a licensed provider here in Spokane WA. I am located 18 minutes from Fairchild Air Force Base. I’ve been working with children for 10 years now. while I was in high school and college I did occasional babysitting for several families. I have a caring and sweet three year old son who is just as eager as I am to get our daycare up and running!

I provide full time care for children ages 1 to 6 years old.

I have created a warm and welcoming space for creativity and play. I use several shelves with various learning materials that promote a child’s growth in math, language and literacy, science, creative arts, fine motor and gross motor skills. I believe that simplicity is key, I have created an indoor environment that isn’t over stimulating. I have also created an outdoor space that encourages children to be active, safe, and supports learning through play. Some examples of outdoor activities are: painting, outdoor sensory bins, outdoor games, and water play!


I believe that the parent is the first & most important teacher in the child’s life. We are a team working together with the best interest of the child to help the child develop at a pace that is appropriate for them. As the caregiver and educator responsible for the child while the parent cannot be, my mission is to love, respect, nurture, care for and provide a safe and developmentally appropriate learning atmosphere for the child that will foster your child’s natural desire to discover, create, explore and become an independent, lifelong learner. I am thrilled to be given the opportunity to do what I love in the comfort of my home.
