I’ve worked as an RBT for an autism services company for 4 years now. I work 1 on 1 with kids who have developmental delays and challenging behaviors and provide care as well as teach them functional skills and coping mechanisms to improve their daily lives. I’ve worked with kids of all different ages and have babysat for friends and family for over 12 years.
