Profile
For about four years I was a second mother to three little girls ages five, seven and nine. I worked from 7am to about 6pm every week. Responsibilities included all meals, pickup and drop offs to and from school, light tidying up around the house, and ensuring that they were driven to all extracurricular activities. My responsibilities also included after school care. Additionally, I worked with another family of four for two years. I cared for two girls ages seven and one.
Other than that, babysitting was my primary job in Highschool, and I have five younger siblings that I helped my parents raise. Having nieces of my own, I am always around children, and I enjoy them. I have found that the most effective and efficient way to care for a child is through instilling a balance of structure and play. Both are equally important!
