During highschool, i partcipated in some programs that were like a big sister big brother or a mentor for children on the spectrum. I mainly worked with younger kids at Sherwood elementary which I enjoyed. I love little kids, and I feel as if I connect to them more! In addition to those programs, I've worked at my friend's mom daycare for years while I was in high school. We worked with newborns up to 4 years old. It was a nice job to do, and I enjoyed interacting with the kids. I miss working with children, I now work with the elderly doing nursing assistant work, but I want to get back to working with children again.
