I have extensive experience working with toddlers and adolescents, having worked as a babysitter throughout high school, college and after college. My first professional position after college was as a coordinator of an after school tutoring program where I worked for four years.
Even during my years abroad, my former partner and I opened an educational space in our home where we worked with children from low-income families and offered free English classes as well as cultural enrichment activities.
I am warm and caring, safety-oriented and enjoy creating a playful, dynamic experience for the children I work with and care for. I am able to work with parents' priorities and values to reinforce and support their parenting style.
