Hello! My name is Shenice, and I recently completed my graduate degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with the goal of becoming a behavior analyst. I currently work with children with neurodivergent and unique learning needs. I have several years of experience working with children, including nannying and babysitting for families with children ranging from infants to elementary school age.

I truly enjoy creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where children can learn, explore, and be themselves. I love incorporating play, arts and crafts, outdoor activities, trips to the park, and other age-appropriate activities into my time with children.

My professional experience has also given me extensive experience supporting children with different developmental, behavioral, and learning needs. I am comfortable following routines, reinforcing positive behaviors, supporting transitions, and helping children develop important daily-living skills.

I am CPR and BLS certified for infants and children and have experience caring for up to three children at a time. I have also assisted with potty training, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a child's daily routine.
