Hello! My name is Shanelle. I currently am 22 years old and work as an office assitant in Tiffin. I have been babysitting for as long as I can remember. I am the middle child of my family and have multiple younger siblings I have taken care of. I also have a brother who was diagnosed with Autism at the age of 3, this was a hard time for my family, but we ultimately have all learned how to handle and also communicate effectively with him as too what his needs/ wants are. He has also given me great lessons on how to teach children to handle and manage anger. Outside of family, I babysit several different kids that are family friends, and also have 3 years of caregiving experience. I previously worked in a nursing home for 3 years and actually loved it, but sadly had to resign due to reasons of pay.
