I've worked with a lot of children. We get along great whether they're shy or a teen with a bad attitude or special needs. I've always had this genuine approach of getting down to their level and taking particular care to figure out each child as their own individual self and finding a way to relate to them but when all else fails if I have a trouble maker they'll find I don't miss anything and I don't let anything slide
