My name is Rashell Letts, and I’m an 18-year-old with a deep passion for working with children. I have six years of babysitting experience, caring for kids as young as two months to seven years old. My experience extends beyond typical childcare. I’ve helped raise my four-year-old sister, who is on the autism spectrum, which has given me a strong understanding of different communication styles, patience, and the ability to handle behavioral challenges with care. I also understand the importance of discipline in a non-aggressive manner and know how to handle tantrums calmly. My ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure allows me to care for multiple children at once while ensuring their safety and happiness.
