I’m currently working at a daycare, taking care of 1-2 and 2-3 year olds. The younger kids we tend to their needs and be hands on as much as possible to teach them right from wrong mostly. Now the older kids are much more sophisticated most are potty trained but still need the occasional help and can talk very well. We try to back off a bit with them so they can learn for themselves while also still teaching and being there for them.
