Currently a sophomore in college, I am majoring in psychology and will soon be studying criminology as well! I played double bass or upright bass for eight years and know how to play the bass guitar. During my free time I love to read, walk outdoors, spend time with my family, draw/sketch, and listen to different types of music. Being very adventurous I am not afraid to try new things whether it be food, activities or learning subjects.
I am very caring and look out for others. While I am easy going and fun, I take pride in making sure the job is done well and that expectations are met. Being very responsible and organized, hardwork has always been an attribute people have envied me for and I put forth one-hundred percent. By hiring me, I will ensure that your child will have the freedom to be themselves while also making sure that boundaries are set in place.


I have been both a child tutor and a camp counselor at a sleep away camp out of state. I have dealt with children ages three to sixteen, with each one having different personality traits and behaviors. Working with children can have its challenges, but I find that creating a structured environment for the child is very important, but I like to give them the freedom for creativity and curiosity. Of course if there are specific rules or chores that need to be done I always make sure they are followed and completed. Since I am a tutor I can enrich their learning such as improving on work skills such as following directions or completing a task one at a time. I love playing outdoors or even passing the time while reading in silence and love to encourage kids to pick up hobbies that excite them. I always make sure that the kids are in a safe environment and they are getting the attention they need.
