I’ve been in this career path for many years. I started in my Junior year of high school taking a child development course and getting college credits from that. I have done a TLC program which is an afterschool program with children’s ages 6-12. After that time my older sisters gave birth to my niece and nephew and I had the privilege to gain experience in taking care of infants will studying at the same time. I have worked as a pre school teacher as well as an after school teacher for K-8th. I was able to also assist in school to work in the nursery. I hope to work with any families that would give me the chance and I’m willing to be flexible as much as I can.
