Profile I was a nanny for over a year for a down syndrome child. Had to keep up with everything, hygiene, feeding him, entertaining him. Would bathe him, dress him, cook for him and learned how to deal with temper tantrums and mood swings. I really loved my work and the opportunity i was given to learn and grow as a nanny with this child.
