I have had the experience at 15 and 16 years old to babysit three young children, one of them being a newborn. I have always had young family members that I have had to watch or care for. As I am in school, working towards becoming a Elementary Education teacher, I think having an opportunity to work with even more kids before starting my career would help me tremendously. One to become a better teacher, and two, to help me understand different ways children develop, that I could then incorporate into my teaching styles.
