I have been a Sunday school teacher, a daycare worker, a babysitter & church nursery, and Sunday School Superintendent .
Kids love me. I talk to them just like I talk to adults, I am kind & understanding to them, and I try to never yell.
I read books to them, play with them, & let them choose, to some degree, what they would like to do. Example: I give them 2 choices.
