Profile
I have worked in the educational setting for several years as a Paraprofessional and as a substitute teacher for my local school district. As a paraprofessional I have experience working with children with a wide array of disabilities. in both elementary and middle school grade levels.
I have also worked as a substitute teacher in grades K-12th. I am currently in my last year of college, working towards my degree in Special Education. I am a mother of 4 adult children, for which at one point I homeschooled.
Education is very important to me, and I enjoy creating fun engaging educational experiences for children, to help build knowledge, but more importantly self confidence, in a safe and caring environment.
I am also a pet lover, and at one point ran my own dog boarding business, so I do not mind working with pets, just as long as they are friendly.
Currently working on my Bachelors degree in Special Education
