Profile
I have three years of experience in art gallery, the travel sector and customer care, also two years working with camping trips for young people and four year working with kids and teens. I have developed a wide range of skills and the hability to work with kids, teens, yound people and multicultural teamworks. This have helped me to develop my skills for teamwork and to adapt quickly to different work ecosystems.
My empathy and responsibility have helped me create good working relationships and have allowed me to develop both personally and professionally.
I am a flexible person who easily adapts to changing environments, picking up new skills fast and finding ways to improve processes. Likewise, I would like to mention that, I´m currently on the final steps of my research for my thesis on Hyperrealism in the Dominican Republic, as well as coming from a Caribbean and Latin American culture. I'm very sensitive about art and culture and how, through these we can make an impact on society.
Every child is different, and part of what I love about working with kids is that I get to help each one discover his own strengths and talents and nurture those traits.
