My name is Lavonda Higgs and Im 27 years old. You can count on me I am a caring, reliable, and positive person with over 10 years of experience working with children from ages 2-12 years old. I have a lot of experience working with infants and toddlers, and not only did I do in home baby sitting gigs for different families; I also spent 2 years as a lead teacher at a child development center with the infant and toddler class. One of my most growing experience with working with children is when I did volunteer work for kids who were in and out of the foster care so I can be able to navigate and understand children on different behavior levels which also allowed me to identify different ways of teaching each student and that extra help and one on one time they may need with different learning styles . I have great experience in the field of childcare. So no matter what age or stage your child is at, I have experienced it and know how to handle it.
