in 1997 I started my own licensed in-home daycare here in the state of California in the San Diego/San Carlos area. Closed my daycare in 2017. In 2015 I started with a childcare aware military respite program to take care of special-needs children for military families. I am still providing respite care. I truly enjoy my work and love working with children. I have two children of my own who are now grown and I have six grandchildren, five of which live here in San Diego County.
