I've been a very active caretaker role in my two little brothers lives since I was 9. They are special needs children (ADHD, ASD, communication disorder N.O.S.) with frequent aggressive behaviors, outbursts, and emotional difficulties. I'm very comfortable and efficient in helping individuals manager stressful behaviors and developing healthier responses (due to my little brothers and my job as a direct support staff). It's been a part of my family for a very long time, and I've developed limitless patience because of this.

I do not believe in yelling or physically punishing children and am not comfortable babysitting for families that personally enforce this.
