My name is Javier, I'm 21 years old and I've been taking care of young kids from the ages of less than 12 months to 14 years of age. I speak both English and Spanish very fluently as well as writing in both languages. I'm very comfortable with teaching and discipling children with great do's and don't 's as they rapidly grow up! I am a great listener and observer so I'm equipped with a razor sharp focus on children's safety at all times, even if I'm not on the clock, I do my best ensuring their safety at all times. I have no experience by the books officially of the title "babysitter" but as I've grown up, I've had to take the role of protecting and providing for my loved ones since no other could do it around the house. For years I would co-babysit children that parents would drop off at my mother's house. She has taken care of kids for over 10 years now, sometimes she would take care of 8 kids at once! It got pretty hectic but we managed to make it work. So watching her work taught me how to properly take care of children later in the future. Examples of things in which I provided help consist of shopping for groceries, trips to school parent teacher conferences, picking up prescriptions when needed, attending needs during time of ill, you name it! I hope for an opportunity in proving myself to the lucky families as you won't regret considering me as your loved one's future babysitter!
