Profile I have a strong passion for working with children and supporting their growth in positive, nurturing ways. I have hands-on experience caring for kids of all ages, including children with special needs. At a daycare, I worked closely with four children on the autism spectrum each at different developmental stages two of whom were nonverbal. This experience taught me patience, adaptability, and the importance of using individualized approaches to meet each child’s needs.
