I was a junior and senior in high school doing OJT during the week as an A.V.I.D tutor for our middle school (but I also did little side tutoring gigs for students in elementary and highschool as well) and the teacher allowed me to assist her in teaching and planning lessons and she would help me. She helped me just in case there’s a possibility of me becoming a teacher in the future. I became friends with the students in class to where they would get me little gifts and they were sad to see me leave. I really enjoyed it and it opened my eyes on all my past and present teachers that I loved and adored and it made me very thankful for what they did for me and still makes me want to give their good lessons and advice to everyone that can use it.
