I have worked with kids as long as I can remember. At age 10, I would go to MOPS with my mom, "mothers of preschoolers", and help watch all the babies while the moms taught each other. I am the second oldest of 4 girls, but 6-8 years apart from my two younger sisters. I have babysat for several families in my neighborhood throughout my teenage years and became a nanny for two families my junior and senior year of high school. I am a compassionate, loving, go with the flow woman who adores children, yet can be firm at times if required. I love the outdoors and find it is a perfect environment for kids to learn and grow in. I enjoy bringing my love of art, outdoors, healthy foods, and exploration to children. Interactive choices and empowering others to be confident in their own freewill while still being respectful and honoring of those around them is key. I love the opportunity to get messy, loud and energetic with children… and we clean up afterward, knowing that we had a good, full day. I have studied early childhood education and development for 3 years, so I am very in tune with how kids learn about the world around them.
