My brother was my first introduction to the world of childcare 9 years ago. From the time he was born until now, I have been assisting in his continuous growth. By helping to raise him, I have received the knowledge necessary to help care for babies. I have been working professionally with children for the past 6 months. In that time, I have garnered many more skills in regards to caring for little ones. For instance, I have developed basic sign language skills to help nonverbal children communicate. In addition to ASL, I was responsible for planning fun and educational arts and craft for kids to enjoy. My main classroom was working with children 2 months to 2 years old, however, I also frequently helped the 3-5 year old class. I aim to ignite a passion in children to learn about the world around them. Currently, I am aiming to go to school for Early Childhood Education. I hope to become a wonderful addition to your family!
