I've been babysitting for about 8 years for kids ages 4-11. I have some experience with newborn babies but just the basic needs. I'm very active with the children especially during the summertime when they are no longer in school, I like to involve the kid's favorite things into our activities whether that's a favorite show, movie or character that they like. I found that the kids tend to like doing the activities more when it based on something they like rather than something they might not be as interested in that way we are still learning new things just in a way that's entertaining for them, and I make sure that everyone gets to do an activity they enjoy so everyone feels their being treated fairly and no one is excluded.
