I personally feel that I'm just a great person overall I worked at 2 daycare both working with infants and under 4 years old . My first day care position was like New York I was working with kids with autism I myself had experience prior to working with autistic kids, because of personally reason which is a had a younger brother who had autism and for the 13 years of his life I helped my mother take care of him. So when it came to being a day care teacher for autistic kids it came easy to me I was able to get to know them. I was able to make them comfortable with me so they know they are safe . I was able to teach them do ABA Therapy ,I was able to teach them how to wash their hands how to clean up after themselves parents were comfortable with me because their children were.
I've also worked at a daycare in reading as a infant teacher I had to take care of 7 at once while pregnant so yes I do my job taking care of kids very well and seriously I have a 6 month old myself I know and understand what it's like for a parent to want the best person to be around their children. And I can only show that by actions and being the best person for their child. I have paper work too I have training courses and certifications.
