I've been a baby sitter off and on for over 10 years. This has often been a passion of mine for extra money for bills on the side when I'm not doing instacart. Personal friends of mine trust me with there children and household needs because I'm the coolest and I know how to handle a tantrum. I know how to discuss feelings and things without the child feeling like they need time out. I personally truly belive in "patient parenting" and " working out issues through communication and emotions". To me, this was the best thing invented by professionals. Talking with a child or children about what is wrong can help them go from level 10 all the way to a level 1. Compromising, which can be difficult for some, is also helpful. You really find out how mature and responsible a child can be when you are spending quality time with them.
