Profile I worked at a daycare for about 2.5 years and have babysat for several of the children in the daycare after hours and even after I stopped working there. I love kids. I started out in the daycare as just a floater/sub and would go around to several classrooms a day where I was needed (ages ranged from infants all the way to pre-k kids at about 5 years old). After being there for several years, I applied for a position as an assistant teacher in the Younger Toddlers class (from about 12 months-24 months). I helped entertain the children, changed their diapers, helped get their snacks and lunches ready, administered basic first aid, and just generally made sure that the children were staying safe and felt loved by all of the teachers and other children.
