I feel I'd be a good fit because I have a lot of experience with kids, and I understand that every child has different needs and I understand they're needs change alot one day they may need more emotional support the next they may need space, they're people just like us with they're own opinions and feelings they need love, care, guidance, and acceptance. I'm very patient and I do have some different ways of teaching right from wrong. ( charts, and points,and reason)
When nannying I know this will sound cheesy to some, And I know some people disagree with chore charts (which is basically a kids reminder chart and they put a check for what they completed for the day and earn some points and the points add up at the end of the week and the kids earn different things for different amounts of points ) Mood charts are also important because they'll help adults understand how the child-young teen is feeling where they are emotionally and mentally and if they need to take it easy for the day, theyll earn points on that as it teaches them how to be confident and honest about voicing how they feel which will lead to them pretty straight forward adults. No I won't give in to everything they want but I'll let them have they're own opinion, and when they don't listen to a rule depending on what they have done I may have to take points away explain why what they did was dangerous and let them know they're emotions are understood and the feelings they feel are real if it's a recurring thing or the child is upset I'll try to teach them some self calming techniques and some days if needed emotionally I may spoil them a little, those days it's ok to expect a bit less and help them out with some of they're personal chores .
Some things to know about me is that I'm personally a all veggie eater, I value manners good teachings, I head cover, I am friendly, and bluntly honest and I'm very strong in my faith in the Lord, I won't be available for work on Saturday or a hr before sunset on Fridays, Friday sunset to Saturday sunset it's the Sabbath, I will babysit for familiar family's for free if it's a absolute emergency, I won't break the Sabbath and I refuse to be paid for watching children on the Sabbath on that day I shall do no work on that day and if someone pays me it's considered work and also I don't believe in getting paid for helping someone in a emergency, like you don't expect money from someone who just went through serious or a life and death experience.

I took early childhood education and had internships in the elementary while in highschool for extra credit that was supposed to help me get into college I only got to complete one yr out of 2, my mom needed me to leave highschool a yr earlier to look after my 4 niece's and nephew's, so I didn't get a normal diploma but I got a (CDOS) Career Commencement and Occupational Studies Credential.
Which says that I Have " satisfactorily completed the course of study Prescribed by the board of Education for the High School "

I was a live in nanny from 2017-2021
And I've been babysitting since I was 9
But I didn't do it as a actual paying job till I was 15. So that's 10 yrs so far.
