Profile I’ve been working with children and young people for about 7 years. I began doing this with summer camp at 15. I was responsible for designing activities for the children as the office assistant as well as managing the shack shack for the kiddos. At 17 I began working with children at a childcare and fell in love with it! I taught with them for 5 years while in school. I just recently moved to El Paso where I realized how much I miss working with children and have a goal to become a teacher through the alternative licensure programs offered in colleges throughout New Mexico. I typically encourage tons of outdoor time and am not the type to sit on the couch while children play. I like to be involved in everything they do and to engage them in fun learning activities.
