I'm 24 and I've worked as a caregiver in multiple contexts over the years including in home developmental care and children's church assistant. In the past, I've always been labeled as "the favorite" among the kids I've been in charge of/ interacted with. I'm very strong on "gentle parenting" and communicating with children.
