I've always had a passion for working with children! I co-parented both of my nieces for almost 4 years with my sister to ensure she was able to work. For the past four years I have worked with young individuals with developmental disabilities from the ages of 4 to 21 and have loved the experience. I feel as though the kiddos I worked with taught me more than I taught them! During this time I implemented behavioral strategies, potty trained, and taught academics as an instructional aid. I am currently in a master's program to be a mental health counselor and am planning on working with children once I become a licensed practitioner.
