I have 3 kids of my own 18,16 and 9 also I've had my nephew who's now 7. I've been watching children since I was 13 at that time it would be my sister and 5 cousins . I've worked in daycare and have almost 8 years experience in childcare (daycare wise). I remember being a young single mom working and going to school and the fear of leaving my child with anyone so I completely understand parents concerns I'm a parent first And understand the feeling but I always tell parents your kid might cry the first couple days and I know the feeling of hurt you feel but I'm a stranger still but I swear give it a week or so to get used to me .I promise your kid is safe with me and if there is ever an issue I will talk to you and vice versa.
