Profile I have been working with children since I was 13 years old and younger. My parents were foster parents, and we always had other kids and babies in the house. I started babysitting at a young age, and honestly couldn't tell you the exact age. When I was around 13, I started taking care of a 2 year old girl in my parents home where I lived while her mother worked at a local hospital. I then became as nanny for a family for a couple years while I was attending college. They had 2 children under 4. I have helped care for my nieces and nephews over the years. I currently have 2 children of my own, 18 and 13 years old. I have been a school teacher since 2010, from ages 10 -18. I love working with children of all ages. As an adult, I have babysat for newborns and older babies for friends and relatives. I have taught a preschool class at church several times. All of these are attributes that I feel attest to my qualifications and experience.
