I am a veteran teacher of over 17 years and have a Masters in Education so I am familiar with children of all ages due to my various certifications in Math, Students with Disabilities and Elementary Education. I have been babysitting or caring for children for over 30 years and also raised a daughter and currently assisting in raising a granddaughter. Children tend to gravitate toward me and know that I am a safe space so I also have many other non biological children who call me "mom" and "grandma." I am a little old school so I don't like children spending tons of time on electronic devices. I think they should play and be allowed to use their imagination. I record books for audio in my passtime so I enjoy reading books at bedtime. I think kids should have manners and respect for adults, however I also think they should be allowed to just enjoy being kids.
