I have been a teachers assistant and volunteered at my grandkids school for many years. with my 20 years experience in the nursing field , I've been a care giver for a few of my clients which were children. I love kids I believe that children needs structure so that they will be well rounded adults. I am a hard worker I look for the potential that the child has and nurture that potential. We all need love and time some more than others, however the child needs should be validated and take into consideration when addressing situations. I believe when you give respect you will in turn get said respect. Children are fragile and delicate and it's up to us as adults to navigate them through this thing called life so that they can be successful. I am strict to the point where everything has it's place and time.
